In signing this agreement, applicant agrees to comply with all Festival, state and local regulations, and to save and hold harmless the City of Concrete, the Cascade Days Association, their employees, officers, sponsors and agents from any loss or damage to any persons or property caused by applicant’s operation in connection with Cascade Days, and further agrees to defend said Associations and City for any claims for such damage.

Applicant has read and understands the Rules and Regulations, and will abide by them throughout their association with the 2008 Cascade Days Festival.  It is understood that the Cascade Days Festival reserves the right to close, without refund, any participant not complying with these regulations.

Rules & Regulations 

 

 

Welcome Packets

Welcome packets will be mailed mid to late July.  The packet will include your booth assignment, rules and regulations, and other important information.

 

Booth Structure

Entrant is responsible for providing their booth structure.  No stakes may be used in any park or grass area.  No items, signs, banners or tooth anchor lines are to be attached to trees or shrubs.  The booth structure must be self-standing and, if appropriate, weighted by means that are not a trip hazard or affixed to the ground or any other structure.  Artist must be prepared with a proper booth structure in case of wind or inclement weather.

 

Booth Set Up and Take Down

Artists will be able to set up booth as early as Friday, however no security will be provided Friday night.  Set-up must be completed and vehicles moved to parking before 9:00AM Saturday morning.  Late arrivals will need to walk in their supplies.

 

Check- out begins after 6pm on Sat. or after 4pm on Sun. Vehicles are allowed access as soon as possible after the festival ends.  All booths, vehicles and vendor debris must be removed from the Festival grounds by no later than 6pm Sunday.

 

Cancellation

Booth fees are refunded if the Artist’s Cancellation request is received the Friday before the festival weekend.

 

Electricity

Electricity is not available for Artist booths and generators are not allowed.

 

Garbage

Artists are responsible for their own trash.  Cardboard must be broken down and taken away upon leaving festival.  If Booth space is not left clean and free of debris at the end of the Festival, Artist will pay a $50 Booth Clean-up Penalty.

 

Hours of Operation

Festival hours are 10am-7pm Saturday and 10am-5pm Sunday.
